Kim James was great to work with. We looked at many houses over a period of several months. She was always willing to take the time to show houses I’d found and wanted to see even though the area where we were interested in buying was on the other side of Nashville from where her office is. She was very patient in answering any questions we had from the start of our house hunt until we closed. When we did find what we wanted, she negotiated the offer and got us several things included that I was not going to push for… Thanks Kim!!

Kim helped my husband and I buy our first home back in 2017 and from that experience we immediately knew we would use her again if we decided to sell. This past October we finally felt like it was time for a change and this time she guided us through selling our house and buying a new home at the same time. She was amazing at explaining the process and steps it would take and we felt so comfortable because she kept an open line of communication for whenever we had questions or didn’t understand something. When we saw a home online that we fell in love with, she was able to get us in to see the house the next day as well as guided us through putting in an offer which was accepted! I wouldn’t consider using anyone else as a Realtor.
