Kim has been a great help. It’s been over 30 years since I’ve gone through this process, and she’s shown a degree of patience that I don’t deserve. But I appreciate it nonetheless. Communication is key, and Kim also has shown that is important to her as well, with at least two calls or texts to me and my sister per week. She also made time for me while she was on vacation, answering some questions that I should have waited to ask. Kim has taught me about the selling process, and also been of much needed assistance working with the buyers. I’ll recommend Kim to anyone in need of help with the buying or selling of a house or property.
